Changes:

• Better background and colors
• Changed loading screen, because for some reason threaded loading progress is returning only 50% or 100% value, so it's kinda pointless
• Fixed slow loading. Who would have guessed that if you create noise textures using a built-in solution and don't bake them into a PNG texture, they will be as heavy as a truck? So now loading is almost instant
